During the advertising process, we will strictly adhere to the privacy rules of the advertising platform. We will only use anonymized and aggregated group characteristic information (such as industry affiliation, purchase category, enterprise scale, etc.) to optimize the accuracy of the advertisement. We will not provide the advertising platform with information that can directly identify the user’s identity (such as the full name of the enterprise, contact phone number, etc.).
2. Definition of third-party Advertising Liability: When you click on the advertisements of this platform and visit this platform through third-party channels such as social media platforms and search engines, such third-party channels may collect your visit behavior data (such as click time, device model, visit IP, etc.) in accordance with their own privacy policies. This platform does not have control over the collection and use of information from third-party channels and does not bear any related responsibility. You can use the advertising Settings function provided by third-party channels to independently choose to reject such targeted advertising push notifications.

II.Business Contact Information

1. Scope and Purpose of Collection: To achieve core business goals such as business connection, order fulfillment, and service guarantee, this platform will collect the business contact information you voluntarily submit, including but not limited to the enterprise name, unified social credit code, business license information, authorized representative’s name, contact number, work email, office address, and delivery address, etc. The above information is all necessary for conducting business cooperation. If you refuse to provide it, it may result in the inability to complete order matching or enjoy the core services of the platform.
2. Data Management and Protection: This platform will implement hierarchical protection for the collected business contact data, establish strict access permission control and encrypted storage mechanisms, and prevent data loss, leakage, tampering or abuse. The aforementioned information is only used for scenarios directly related to business cooperation with you, including but not limited to order confirmation, contract signing, logistics connection, after-sales service, invoice issuance, etc. Without your written authorization with the official seal of your enterprise, this platform will never disclose, sell or rent your business contact information to any unrelated third party. Except where there are other mandatory provisions in laws and regulations.

III.Use of Information

1. Core usage scenarios: The user information collected by this platform (including business contact details and derivative information generated during service usage) is only used for the following core purposes: (1) To provide and optimize the core services of the platform, including product display, inquiry connection, order processing, logistics tracking, after-sales service, etc. (2) Carry out service quality optimization. By analyzing user usage behavior, improve platform functional defects, enhance page loading speed, and optimize operation processes, etc. (3) Ensure the security of platform transactions, identify and prevent risks such as false transactions, commercial fraud, and malicious arrears, and maintain the commercial order of the platform; (4) Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, including but not limited to information disclosure in scenarios such as tax declaration, compliance inspection, and dispute mediation.
2. Additional Usage Rules: If your information is to be used in additional scenarios such as market research, new product promotion, and industry information push, this platform will send you a clear authorization invitation separately (such as pop-up prompts, email confirmations, etc.), and can only use it after obtaining your explicit consent. If you wish to terminate such additional services in the future, you can contact us through the contact information stipulated in this clause, and we will immediately cease the use of the relevant information.

IV.Exit/Correction

1. Information Correction mechanism: You have the right to check your business contact information stored on this platform at any time. If any errors, omissions or update requirements are found in the information, you can modify it independently through the “Enterprise Center – Data Management” module of the platform, or submit a correction application to the customer service through the contact information stipulated in the “Other” section of this clause. This platform will complete the verification within 3 working days after receiving the application. Once the verification is correct, the information will be updated immediately and the correction result will be informed to you simultaneously.
2. Exit and Information Deletion: You can submit an application to this platform to terminate the use of the service. Once the application is approved, this platform will cease providing all services to you and cancel your platform account. For the information after the account is cancelled, this platform will follow the principle of “minimum necessity + legal retention” : to deal with possible subsequent transaction disputes, tax verifications and other legal needs, necessary order records, contract documents and other information will be retained until the expiration of the legal retention period. Information that has exceeded the retention period will be completely deleted or anonymized (anonymized information cannot be associated with specific users). You may also apply to delete other personal information except for the legally retained information. After verifying your business entity identity, this platform will complete the processing within 10 working days.

V.Terms and Conditions

1. Validity of Terms and Associated Documents: This privacy policy is a core component of the “Guangzhou Yiyan Machinery User Service Agreement” and has the same legal effect as documents such as the “User Service Agreement”, “Platform Transaction Rules”, and “After-sales Service Specifications”, jointly binding your rights and obligations with this platform. When you use the services of this platform, you should simultaneously abide by all the relevant agreements stipulated in the aforementioned documents.
2. Terms Change and Publicity: Due to updates in laws and regulations, adjustments in regulatory requirements, or upgrades in the platform’s business model, this platform may revise these Privacy Terms. The revised terms will be made public through prominent announcements on the platform’s homepage, pop-up prompts on user accounts, email notifications, etc. The public announcement period will be no less than 7 natural days, and they will officially come into effect after the end of the public announcement period. If you continue to use the services of this platform after the revised terms take effect, it will be deemed that you agree to all the revised contents. If you do not agree, you should immediately stop using the platform service and apply for account cancellation.

VI.User Obligations

1. Obligation of Information Authenticity: During the process of submitting business contact materials and using platform services, you should ensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness and validity of the information provided, and must not submit false information or use the information of third-party enterprises or individuals without authorization. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, resulting in the platform’s services being unable to be provided normally, disputes arising from transactions or losses causing to this platform and third parties, you shall bear all compensation responsibilities and corresponding legal consequences.
2. Obligation to keep accounts and Information safe: You should properly keep your platform account, password and related identity verification information, and must not lend your account to others for use. Any risks such as information leakage and transaction losses resulting from your account being leaked or misused due to your own poor custody shall be borne by you alone. At the same time, you should use all kinds of information obtained on the platform in a standardized manner and must not use it for commercial competition, malicious defamation or other illegal, non-compliant or unethical business purposes.

VII.Products and Prices

1. Information Disclosure and Update: This platform will clearly disclose core business information such as product names, specifications and models, technical parameters, unit prices, minimum order quantities, delivery cycles, and payment methods in prominent positions such as product detail pages and quotation sheets, for your decision-making reference. Due to objective factors such as fluctuations in raw material prices, changes in market supply and demand, and policy adjustments, product prices or delivery cycles may be adjusted. The adjusted information is subject to the real-time display on the platform. This platform will make every effort to update relevant information in a timely manner, but does not guarantee that all information is completely synchronized in real time. You can verify and confirm through the customer service channel before placing an order.
2. Restrictions on Information Usage: The commercial data you obtain through this platform, such as product information, price information, and supplier information, can only be used for your own procurement decisions and to conduct legal business cooperation with this platform. You must not copy, disseminate, or disclose it to third parties without authorization, or use it for commercial activities competing with this platform. If you violate this agreement and cause economic losses to this platform (including but not limited to direct losses, expected profit losses, rights protection expenses, etc.), you shall bear full liability for compensation.

VIII.Limitation of Liability

1. Force majeure exemption In the event that this platform is unable to fulfill its information protection obligations or provide services due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government bans, network service disruptions, power failures and other unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective events), this platform shall not be held liable for breach of contract. However, it shall notify you through reasonable means within 48 hours after the occurrence of force majeure And take all necessary measures to reduce your losses.
2. Exclusion of third-party Liability: This platform is only responsible for the information collection, use and other actions directly carried out by itself. This platform does not bear direct responsibility for the leakage or loss of user information caused by the actions of third-party service providers (such as advertising platforms, logistics service providers, payment institutions, server hosting providers, etc.), but will assist you in holding the relevant third parties accountable. When choosing a third-party service, you should carefully read its privacy policy and terms of service.
3. Liability Limit: Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, this platform shall be liable for compensation for direct economic losses arising from the use of its services, but the compensation amount shall not exceed the actual transaction amount of a single transaction you made on this platform. This platform shall not be held liable for indirect losses (such as loss of expected profits, loss of business reputation, loss of opportunities, etc.). If this platform intentionally or grossly negligently causes the leakage of user information or damage to rights and interests, the aforementioned liability limit shall not apply.

IX.Others

1. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall first be resolved through friendly consultation by both parties. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction in the location of this platform.
